Here is the new member, or should I say members, of our family. Let me present SCOBY. This is a kombucha making SCOBY, fed with raisins, lemon juice and yerba-mate tea… Looks yummy, right…

The raisins might have been a very bad choice, but to my defense there wasn’t any grapejuice in the store.
